Workforce Development
Through Environmental Sustainability
T4S Works! is a Georgia non-profit workforce training and development organization with a focus on environmental sustainability as a catalyst for sustainable job creation in the information technology industry. We focus on getting those with disabilities, the formerly incarcerated and veterans into the workforce while providing them with support services and opportunities to advance to careers in information technology. We utilize electronics recycling as a means to train individuals that enter our program by allowing them to overcome the fears and stigmas associated with reentry, being disabled, and life after service. We strive to sustain the individual, sustain the environment, and sustain the community by offering programs that educate, provide economic empowerment, and build better communities.
